Violinist EunShik Kim has performed as a Soloist and a Chamber musician all over Korea as well as being invited in various music festivals in Europe. She has performed in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Spain, France, and Italy, where she appeared with artists such as Olivier Charlier, Emmanuel Strosser, Kazuki Sawa, Sung-Won Yang to name a few.

She has also performed as a soloist with Hibiki String Orchestra of Japan, Korean Symphony Orchestra,Busan sinfonietta, Alte Musik Seoul and numerous solo recitals at Seoul Arts Center, Sejong chamber hall and many other major venues.
As a chamber musician, Ms. Kim performs many concerts every year with great variety of repertoire ranging from Baroque to contemporary pieces premiering young composers’ works. In July 2013 she with flutist Kim DaeWon and pianist Yoo Joo yeun released a CD which included Doppler, Loeillet, Ibert, Cui, Sarasate through KBS recording. In October 2019 as a member of Il Gardelino, she recorded Jommeli’s requiem under Peter van Heyghen’s direction with Pasacaille label.

From 2017, she has been very active as a baroque violinist, participating in many festivals in Italy, France, Belgium and Holland and is now currently the concert mistress of Alte Musik Seoul, performing regularly with Il Gardellino of Belgium and performing with artists such as Ryo Terakado, Jan de Winne, Kaori Uemura, François Guerrier, Aurélien Delage and Peter van Heyghen.

EunShik Kim is regularly invited to give master classes both in Baroque and Modern violin and to appear as a guest performer in various festivals such as Tenerife in Spain, Chateau La Bourdaisiere, Uzes, Château d’Artigny in France, festivals in Cennina, and Urbino in Italy and Utrecht Early Music festival in Holland.

She graduated with honor from Seoul National University school of music and received a master’s degree from Yale University School of Music, and Artist Diploma from Royal Conservatory of the Hague. She is a member of Korea Festival Ensemble, Seoul Baroque Ensemble and artistic director of Woolim and Peojim.
